Klasse NPN is a negative thermal no-process plate for exposure with any thermal CTP device. Its main feature is the total elimination of chemicals and equipment for processing since, after exposure on the CTP device, the plate is placed directly on the plate support cylinder of the printing press.
Klasse NPN is a negative thermal plate for exposure on any Thermal CTP infrared diode device of 830 nm wavelength, requiring only an energy of 175 mJ/cm2, for a high resolution copy of up to 250 lines per inch, being able to reproduce up to 20μ stochastic screens. See datasheet for more information.
Thus, apart from the benefits of using the Klasse NPN as a “clean” product and of low environmental impact, it also implies substantial cost savings by not requiring developing equipment (processor or gumming unit) and the associated maintenance, chemicals, other materials, water, and the cost for recycling or removing of those chemicals, saving the time spent on the process and the resulting power consumption of the equipment used.

ECO FLASH is an analogue plate for exposure in CTcP UV equipment at 410 nm. Its high sensitivity provides the highest productivity of plates per hour and a high resolution capable of reproducing up to 20 micron stochastic screens. It is compatible with the major developers and all processors on the market.
ECO FLASH completes Ipagsa supply in the segment of CTcP plates for customers who require greater productivity in plates, or any customer using this technology who wants to save energy without lowering productivity.

IPAGSA INDUSTRIAL, S.L. will be present at the Printing Technology Exhibition – DRUPA 2012, which takes place in Düsseldorf (Germany) from 3rd to 16th of May 2012.
During the event IPAGSA would take the opportunity to show its range of Thermal CTP plates ARTE IP-21, ARTE SF-25, KLASSE NPN, as well as our positive plates for UV plate setters CTcP ECO 88S, ECO FLASH and our analogue plates TOP F1 and AL-G3S, along with their corresponding Chemical Products, of which we highlight a new Replenisher RT-9 for thermal plates, at a regeneration rate of 50 ml/m2 it will permit a considerable reduction in the consumption of the developer bath.
Our technical staff will be available at any time during the Exhibition to make demonstrations for thermal exposure and plates processing you may require.
It will be a pleasure to meet you at Ipagsa's booth Hall 5 - Booth 5E24.
We are looking forward to your visit!
